Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the validity of Student Worksheets (LKPD) for junior high school students. LKPD was developed using a 4-D model, which consists of four stages, namely: the stage of defining, designing, developing. (develop), and spread (disseminate). However, this research is limited to the development stage. The results of this study are LKPD on the material of two-variable linear equation system in class VIII students of SMP Negeri 25 Padang. Validation involves three validators, namely 2 mathematics education lecturers and 1 Indonesian language lecturer, using the LKPD validation sheet in the form of a Likert scale. The results of the study on the validity were declared valid by the validators in terms of content and language aspects, which from the content aspect obtained an average score of 3 as well as the language aspect obtained a score of 3 as well.
