Abstract

 To obtain data that has high validity in this study, the authors use a questionnaire or questionnaire method. The results showed that the level of student satisfaction in the academic services of FKIP UMMY Solok in terms of reliability was an average of 4.24 with a percentage of 84.86% in the satisfactory criteria. Student Satisfaction Level in Academic Service of FKIP UMMY Solok in terms of responsiveness, an average of 4.33 with a percentage of 86.50% is in the satisfactory criteria.The level of student satisfaction at the Academic Service of FKIP UMMY Solok in terms of belief (Assurance) an average of 4.31 with a percentage of 86.25% is in the satisfactory criteria. The level of student satisfaction at the Academic Service of FKIP UMMY Solok in terms of empathy averaged 4.44 with a percentage of 88.75% being in the satisfactory criteria. The level of student satisfaction in the Academic Service of FKIP UMMY Solok in terms of tangibles, an average of 3.27 with a percentage of 65.36% is in the criteria of satisfactory enough. The level of student satisfaction at the Academic Service of FKIP UMMY Solok in terms of the Information System an average of 4.26 with a percentage of 85.25% being in satisfactory criteria.
