Abstract

This research is motivated by the low motivation of students in learning mathematics; students' ability to understand the concept of problem solving in daily life; low student mathematics learning outcomes. the formulation of the problem in this study is "Can the Scramble Model Cooperative Learning Model Improve Student Learning Outcomes Class VB SD Negeri 02 Sarilamak Harau District?". The purpose of this study is to improve Student Learning Outcomes of VB Class SD Negeri 02 Sarilamak Harau District through the Scramble Model Cooperative Learning Model. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR). The research subjects were students of class VB who were registered at SD Negeri 02 Sarilamak in the 2018/2019 school year, totaling 21 students. This study consisted of two cycles, each cycle consisting of the stages of planning, implementing actions, observing, and reflecting. The conclusion is that an increase in mathematics learning outcomes for students of the VB grade at SD Negeri 02 Sarilamak by applying the scramble model cooperative learning.
