VALIDITAS MODUL STATISTIK MATEMATIKA I BERBASIS KONSTRUKTIVISME PADA MATERI PEUBAH ACAK DI UMMY SOLOK

Abstract

This research is motivated because the use of media when learning circles in schools is still lacking. The purpose of this study is to produce a valid and practical mathematical pop up book. This type of research is development research (Research And Development), using the Ploomp development design. Pop up book media development through three stages. The first stage is Prelimenary Research. The second stage is Development or Prototyping Phase. Third stage Assessment Phase. The instruments used were questionnaires for material experts, languages, media, educator responses, and students. The subjects of the trial in this study were 28 students of class VIII D, Solok City Junior High School, 28 people. Based on data analysis, material validation questionnaires, media experts, and linguists reached 91.33% with very valid categories, 76.74% with valid categories and 90% with very valid categories. Practicality by students reached 83.70% with a very practical category and 90.74% educators with a very practical category.Bases on these stage, the resulting pop up book is very valid and very practical.
