STUDI PENERAPAN HANDOUT PADA STRATEGI LIGHTENING THE LEARNING CLIMATE TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR MATEMATIKA SISWA KELAS X SMK NEGERI 3 SOLOK

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to examine the results of the study of mathematics learning with the implementation of the strategy Handout Lightening the Learning Climate better than the results of students' mathematics learning with the implementation of the Learning Climate Lightening strategy without a handout. This research is a quasi experimental. The population in this study were students of class X SMK Negeri 3 Solok enrolled in the academic year 2016/2017. The samples were taken by purposive sampling and set the class X TBO1 as an experimental class with the number of students 28 and class X TBO2 as the control class with the number of students 27 people. Collecting data in this study using the test results to learn about the essay form as much as 5 items. The data analysis of student learning outcomes using the t test and available thitung = 1,975 and  ttabel = 1,673 then thitung ˃ ttabel then the hypothesis is accepted at the 95% confidence level. It can be concluded that student learning outcomes with studies on strategy implementation Handout Lightening the Learning Climate better than the results of students' mathematics learning with the implementation of the Learning Climate Lightening strategy without Handout
