PENGEMBANGAN LKS MATEMATIKA BERBASIS REALISTIC MATEMATICS EDUCATION PADA MATERI PENGUKURAN

Abstract

This research is motivated by the worksheets that are used less attracting the attention of students, so the learning process becomes ineffective. In addition, teachers who do not use realistic questions in delivering learning material, so students who are confronted with questions about story problems, students who are less able to overcome problems and difficulties while working, so that a learning media is designed in accordance with Student Worksheets (LKS) which RME based. The formulation of the problem in this study is the validity and practicality of the Mathematical-Based Realistic Education Worksheet developed. This type of research is classified as Research and Development research. The validation was carried out by two mathematicians, one media expert and one linguist. The subject of the trial was the fifth grade students of 2016/2017 school year. Based on the analysis of the data obtained the percentage of validity of Realistic Mathematics Education Based Worksheet by 79% validator is categorized valid. Practicality of Mathematics-Based Realistic Education Worksheet based on teacher response questionnaire with a percentage of 92% categorized as very practical. Practical Worksheet Based on Mathematical Realistic Education based on student response questionnaire with a contribution of 91% categorized as very practical. The conclusion of this study has resulted in a valid and practical Mathematical Based Mathematics Education Worksheet.
