KEVALIDAN MENGEMBANGKAN BUKU SAKU BERBASIS PMRI PADA MATERI ARITMATIKA SOSIAL KELAS VII SMPN 2 KOTA SOLOK

The purpose of this research is to produce a Pocket Book on valid Social Arithmetic material based on the Indonesian Realistic Mathematics Approach (PMRI). This type of research is a research and development (Research and Development) which uses a Plomp development model consisting of 3 stages, namely Preliminary Research, Design and Develop Protype, Evaluation. The Preliminary Research stage addresses analysis. Design and Develop Protype stages are designing, developing and testing Pocket Books. Evaluation stage is evaluating the product that has been produced. Furthermore, data collection using assessment instruments in the form of a questionnaire validated by 4 validators before being tested. The instruments used were questionnaire material experts, media experts, linguists, educator responses and students' responses. Then tested on class VII.3 32 Junior High School 2 Solok City. Based on the data analysis obtained 85,00% material expert questionnaire validation, 83.33% media expert and 82.00% linguist. While the results of the analysis of the questionnaire responses of educators 93.70% and responses of students 90.82%. From the results of the study it can be concluded that the Pocket Book that was developed is valid and practical.
