Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the increase in teacher performance in learning mathematics in the classroom through regular educational supervision at UPTD SD Negeri 06 Mungka. This research is a school action research. The subjects in this study were 6 teachers of the UPTD SDN 06 Mungka. The results showed that the teacher's performance in learning mathematics in the first cycle was 70% and increased in the second cycle to 90%. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that there has been an increase in Teacher Performance in Mathematics Learning through Periodic Educational Supervision at SD Negeri 06 Mungka in the 2019/2020 Academic Year.
