STUDI PENERAPAN KUIS PADA MODEL COLLABORATIVE LEARNING TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR MATEMATIKA SISWA KELAS VII SMPN 3 KOTA SOLOK

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the results of learning mathematics students with the application of quiz on the model of collaborative learning is better than the application of collaborative learning model without quiz in class VII in SMPN 3 Kota Solok. This research type is quasi experiment with Randomized Control Group Only Design research design. The population in this research is the students of class VII SMPN 3 Kota Solok, with Cluster Random Sampling sampling technique and the selected sample are the VII₅ class students as the experimental class with the number of 27 people and the VII₁ class as the control class with the number of 26 people. After data analysis, both samples were distributed normal and homogeneous on the level of ? = 0,05. Data analysis technique used is one-party t test. Based on calculations obtained thitung t_count = 2,57 and t_table = 1,95. At the 95% level of trust, t_count > t_table then H₀ is rejected and H₁ accepted, in the sense of students mathematics learning outcomes with the application of quiz on the model of collaborative learning is better than the application of collaborative learning without quiz in SMPN 3 Kota Solok.
